Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established, multi-office practice with a strong reputation in the residential sector.
The growing London office is a team of around 10 people, based in a spacious studio close to the Waterloo line with excellent transport links.
The opportunity
You will work alongside experienced Architects and Technologists on residential projects, supporting schemes from planning through to technical delivery.
- Gain exposure to a range of project stages
- Develop your technical and design skills
- Work on open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living
- Receive ongoing support and mentoring towards Part 3
To be considered
- Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant
- Around two or more years’ Part 2 experience in UK practice
- Previous residential experience
- Strong design and technical skills
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Revit experience would be beneficial
