Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established, multi-office practice with a strong reputation in the residential sector.
The business works with major national housing developers and PLCs, delivering large-scale open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living across the UK.
The role
You will support the delivery of residential projects, producing detailed technical drawing packages and working alongside experienced colleagues through design and construction.
- Produce detailed working drawing packages
- Contribute throughout the design and construction process
- Apply strong technical and construction knowledge
- Work with Revit, with training and support available
To be considered
- Experience as an Architectural Technician in UK practice
- Strong technical and construction knowledge
- Experience producing detailed working drawings
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Residential experience would be beneficial
