A well-regarded Gloucestershire architecture practice is hiring an Architectural Technologist to join its commercial team.
With a strong pipeline, varied projects and a studio that takes design quality and sustainability seriously, this is a hands-on technical role with a clear path to grow.
The role
You will produce technical design packages and see projects through construction, working mainly on commercial schemes with scope to get involved in defence sector work.
- Produce detailed technical design packages
- Apply Building Safety Act, building regulations and CDM requirements
- Produce specifications
- Work closely with the wider design team and independently when needed
What you’ll need
- A few years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong Revit skills and confidence with industry software
- A track record of technical design packages and construction-stage involvement
- Solid knowledge of the Building Safety Act, building regulations and CDM
- CIAT accreditation or active progress towards it would be ideal
