Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join the residential team at one of South Wales’s leading RIBA practices.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with national housing developers and PLCs on technically sound homes across the UK.
The role
You will work alongside three experienced Senior Technologists who will guide your technical delivery and support your journey towards MCIAT chartership.
- Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Work on open-market, affordable and retirement living projects
- Engage with planning through technical delivery
- Use BIM software, ideally Revit
To be considered
- Architectural Technology experience on residential projects
- MCIAT qualification or active progress towards chartered status
- Technical and construction knowledge
- Experience through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6
- Ability to prepare detailed drawing packages and specifications
